These terms cover your use of Eagler26, the browser client at this site, run by GoldHQ. By launching the client you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Eagler26.

What Eagler26 is

Eagler26 is an unofficial, community-made way to play Minecraft: Java Edition 26.2 in a web browser. It is in beta: expect bugs, missing features, lost settings and downtime. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Your username

• Eagler26 does not use Microsoft or Mojang accounts. You choose an in-game name (IGN) in the client.
• Don't pick a name that impersonates someone else or is offensive. Server owners may refuse names.
• Servers you join may ask you to register or log in with their own commands. Those passwords are between you and that server.

Servers you join

Servers are run by other people, not GoldHQ, unless we say otherwise. Their rules, moderation and privacy practices apply while you play on them. We aren't responsible for what happens on third-party servers.

Acceptable use

• Don't attack, overload or try to break into GoldHQ services, including the launch site and the diagnostics endpoint.
• Don't submit fake or deliberately misleading diagnostics, or try to put other people's personal information into them.
• Don't use Eagler26 to break the law or to harass other players.

Diagnostics

While Eagler26 is in beta, every launch records a technical diagnostics session and sends it to GoldHQ so we can fix problems. The Privacy page lists exactly what is and isn't collected. Using the beta means agreeing to this.

Availability

We may change, pause, restrict (for example, limit launching to staff while we test) or end the beta at any time, with or without notice.

No warranty

Eagler26 is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will work on your device, keep your data, or be available at any given time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GoldHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from your use of Eagler26. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
